Technical Support Consultant – iStore
iStore is the home of everything Apple and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With over 41 physical and online stores across the continent, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, business and education solutions, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.
As a Technical Support Consultant, you’ll combine strong technical skills with excellent people skills. Your role will be to:
- Provide hands-on technical support to iStore customers, including troubleshooting, resolving software issues, and assisting with Apple hardware and software.
- Deliver training and guidance to customers where needed, helping them get the most from their Apple devices.
- Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and service excellence.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (National Senior Certificate)
- IT qualification (minimum A+ / N+)
- 1+ years of Helpdesk / 1st Line Support experience
